By accessing or using Blackgem Sentinel AI (the 'Service'), operated by Blackgem Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Do not use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Do not upload malicious code, conduct unauthorized scans, or interfere with platform integrity.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or expose the Service to third parties without written consent.

All content, software, models, designs, and branding within the Service are the exclusive property of Blackgem Labs and protected by applicable IP laws. You retain ownership of data you submit ('Customer Data'), and grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Blackgem Labs does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice (see AI Disclaimer).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackgem Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or USD 100 if no payment was made.

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Blackgem Labs is established. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
